We focus on standardized order processing and reliable cross-border logistics services, strictly implementing pre-shipment quality inspections and protective packaging measures to ensure every customer receives intact, high-quality bag products within a stable delivery cycle.
1. Order Processing Time
All validated and fully paid bag orders will undergo internal review, quality inspection and professional anti-collision packaging within 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Our warehouse only operates on regular business days, and all order processing work will be paused on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
During holiday promotion cycles and shopping peaks with surging order volume, standard processing schedules may be slightly extended. Our team will actively send email reminders to customers once obvious order delays occur to ensure timely information synchronization.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, overall size and shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment, with no hidden charges or additional fees.
We provide standard shipping services for all in-stock bag products, with an estimated delivery cycle of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. This time is only a reference standard. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, customs clearance review speed, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service adjustments.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your bag order completes all pre-delivery inspections and is officially shipped out of the warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and corresponding logistics operator information.
Tracking data will be updated and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the logistics carrier picks up the package. Short-term data update delays are normal in cross-border logistics. If the tracking status cannot be queried normally after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team for manual follow-up.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers must fill in accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, zip codes and contact information during checkout. Please double-check all delivery details before completing payment to avoid delivery failures and package returns.
WILLIAM ADAMSON shall not be responsible for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address errors, customers need to bear all reshipping expenses independently, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during cross-border transportation, please submit a parcel loss feedback application to our after-sales team within 3 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with official logistics channels to conduct a comprehensive investigation and provide a proper solution in the shortest time possible.
Damaged Items
Long-distance transportation may cause unavoidable extrusion, friction or impact damage to bag products, such as surface scratches, hardware loosening and packaging damage. If you receive damaged goods, please contact our after-sales team within 24 hours after delivery, and provide clear original photos of the outer packaging and damaged parts of the product as valid evidence. We will verify the situation and complete after-sales processing efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Our bag products are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other high-quality materials, and each item is equipped with exclusive professional care guidelines. Different materials correspond to different maintenance methods. Customers are advised to follow official instructions for daily use, cleaning and storage.
Product damage, discoloration, deformation and accessory loss caused by improper cleaning, damp storage, private modification and artificial misuse are not quality problems. WILLIAM ADAMSON does not provide after-sales warranty and compensation services for damage caused by non-standard use and maintenance.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All international cross-border shipments are subject to the commodity supervision and trade management regulations of the destination country, and may incur import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other statutory taxes.
All customs-related expenses incurred during transportation are borne solely by the customer. Product prices and shipping fees do not include any customs costs. We will not be liable for package detention, forced return and economic losses caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
